The Horseback Eco Safari Adventure
Along the Horseback Eco Safari Adventure you will experience the natural habitat of Florida just as the first settlers to the area did over 500 years ago - on horseback. The tour features historic trails that were first used by the Native American Indians as far back as the 1500's. Your adventure will take you through a pristine 4,700 acre wildlife conservation area. The sanctuary covers nine distinct Florida ecosystems.
Along the way you may encounter deer, black bear, alligators, and over 200 species of birds. In rare cases, you may even come in contact with the Florida panther. Your knowledgeable guide will lead you through the native foliage as he provides insight and commentary about the area and your encounter with nature. The tour is a genuine safari through uninhabited land and parts of Florida rarely seen by man.
