The Annual Epcot Food and Wine Festival is a grand celebration of culture from around the world. This event runs from the beginning of October through mid November, and takes place at Epcot. You can even pick up a few cooking tips at the various cooking demonstrations that take place daily so you can try to prepare these dishes at home.
To accompany any great meal, experts suggest pairing your meal with wine, beer, and other alcoholic beverages. At the festival, you can learn more about drinks from around the world through daily wine seminars, complimentary samples of over 1,200 wines and beers, a Champagne and Wine Bar, and more.
This event goes beyond food and drink. With live musical events from world class performers each day of the event, you will enjoy a true cultural experience. Some of the musicians that have performed in recent years include Big Bad Voo Doo Daddy, Jon Secada, Richard Marx, Starship, Better Than Ezra, Sister Hazel, Taylor Hicks, Los Lobos, and many others. While you are at the festival, you can also pick up some merchandise, including a wide selection of wines, at the Merchandise Shop on-site, and special bottle signings will take place on specific days of the event. Authors of culinary books will also be on-hand throughout the festival to autograph books.
