This is a day when GM cars take over the theme park. Welcome to the annual All GM Auto Show at Silver Springs theme park near Orlando, Florida. Only a few years old, this event grows with every passing year. The first few cars has increased to 420 cars over a year. There are even higher hopes for this year's and all following year's show.
The All GM Auto Show showcases the pride of the GM auto world. Owners bring their vehicles in the hopes of wining an award. The park attendees select the winners from the eight judging classes. There is no pressure. It is all fun for the park attendees and the car owners.
Categories include the F-Body with its Firebirds and Camaros. You can see the Corvette cars competing in their own class as well as the A/G body cars. These include the Cutlass, Skylark, Chevelle and Lemans. There are trucks and the so-called Street Rods and Exotic Vehicles.
The vehicles come from different eras and exemplify different types of GM vehicles. All these cars in one place! They are an auto fanatics dream come true. Why not come down and check them out. Afterwards, you can attend the concert. The legendary Spinners perform their Grammy winning tunes.
You can also wander through the entire Silver Springs theme park. Take the Lost River Voyage or get on a Fort King River Cruise. There are wilderness trails to hike, food to eat and wildlife to enjoy. Come for the show and spend the day.
